Meet Vicki Henricks – Director of Byron International Coaching Centre – MCC
“I’ve been working as a life and executive coach with businesses, governments, NGO’s and individuals since 1993 and as a counsellor and psychotherapist since 2010. I specialise in personal, organisation and community development and work in my community of the Northern Rivers of NSW, as well as nationally and internationally. I’ve experience working in cross cultural settings and I’ve appreciated the opportunities I’ve been given to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in Australia. I’m excited about being part of the global Process Work community and using my Process Work skills, along with other modalities, to assist individuals and organisations to achieve their dreams and overcome their challenges.”
Vicki has over 3,000 hours of coaching experience working in the private, public and community sectors. She specialises in executive coaching. Her clients include a range of Australian organisations, as well as organisations operating in SE Asia, the Middle East and USA.
Vicki’s background is in leadership, high performance team development, organisational and personal change. She has a wealth of experience in organisation development, conflict facilitation, strategic planning and cultural change in a diversity of settings. Our Approach
We use awareness to facilitate change
Teach skills to manage conflict
Assist people to connect to their deeper vision and goals
Challenges are viewed as keys to unlocking creativity, power and potential
Conflict is viewed as a signal that change is needed somewhere in the system
We also recognise the role that our non-rational states of consciousness, such as our dreams, body symptoms and emotions, contribute to informing our direction, tapping into our creativity and our general feeling of well being. Our framework and methods are drawn from Process Work principles, based on the work of Arnold Mindell. Process Work is part of the cutting edge in psychology and social change, with it roots in Jungian psychology, quantum science, deep democracy, Taoism and indigenous wisdom.
